2 c coconut
1/2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 c butter or margarine
Mix these in a 9x13 inch pan and bake in a 300 degree oven for 45 minutes stirring occasionally. Let cool. When mixture is cool, remove 1/3 of it and spread out the rest in the bottom of the pan. Mix 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding with 3 1/2 c milk and pour over crust. then put a layer of Cool Whip over top. Top with the rest of the crumb mixture. Chill.
